Rates

Graceful Occasions provides a flat-rate ceremony fee and allows you to work directly with the musicians. You save money by not working with a middle man and get better quality by working directly with the musicians.

The ceremony fee includes 20 minutes of prelude music (music as your guests arrive prior to the ceremony), all processional music (Mother/Father, wedding party, and bride entrance) ceremonial (personalized songs, candle lighting, etc.), recessional (bride/groom and wedding party exits), and 15 minutes of postlude music as your guest leave.

Wedding Ceremony Fee:
Cocktail Hour is complimentary with a Ceremony

• Flute and Piano: $300 *suggested for indoor events
• Woodwind Trio: $330 *suggested for outdoor events
  (Flute, Clarinet, and Oboe)
• Chamber Ensemble: $400 *suggested for indoor events
  (Piano, Flute, Clarinet, Oboe)

Cocktail Hours, Receptions, etc.:

• Hourly Rate: $300- $650 *dependant on ensemble size

• Any service requiring an exceptional amount of traveling will acquire an additional fee to be determined on an individual basis.
